Hi everyone, I'm new and sticking my head up to say hi :)

A little about me:

Personal:

I'm the thirty five year old mother of a gorgeous talented 16 year old
daughter, who has just started working with me - she's settling in very well and i'm very proud
of the beautiful talented young woman she is growing into.

I have a wonderful partner, who is also a member of Ecademy, and am
lucky enough to be part of his and his two gorgeous daughter's lives.
Being a pseudo step mum to a 8 and almost 5 year old is as much fun as
doing it the first time around; the benefit of hindsight is always good

On the 1st of July 2007, we move to Campagne Lez Wardrecques, near St. Omer,
in Northern France, which is a great adventure for us all. My business,
however, is still based in the UK as this is where most of my
clients are, and I have representatives in the UK, so there is no issue
with distance. Considering that I haven't even met over 90% of my
clients, my location makes no difference!

Things I like:

Music: Fields of the Nephilim, Sisters of Mercy, The Cure, Tom
Petty,David Bowie, Poison, The Pixies, The Mission, Bon Jovi, Bryan
Adams,Savage Garden, Portishead, Motley Crue, The Calling, Nirvana,
JohnLennon, Cult, Damned, Queen, Alanis Morrisette, Sheryl Crow, Jo Dee
Messina, and more....!

Movies : The Village, Lost Boys, Near Dark, Interview with the
Vampire, The Crow, Carrie, Dirty Dancing, Underworld, Van Helsing,
Grease, Highlander, Elvira, Don Juan de Marco, Benny & Joon,
Dahmer, Kalifornia, Wolf Creek, Wrong Turn, Dead End, Spinal Tap,
Heathers, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, K-Pax, A Knight's Tale, Soul
Survivors, Ginger Snaps, Pirates of the Caribbean... I can go on
forever about great films, so I better stop here!

Misc: Shoes, dressing up, very high heels (i'm only 5ft 1ish!),
kickboxing, the colour purple (the colour, not the film!),tiger
lillies, Jean Paul Gaultier perfume, silver jewellery, white wine,
feeding the ducks, buying rubbish I don't need from Ebay, motorbikes,
chocolate, consuming too much wine, eating out; especially Thai and
Indian food, Baileys with ice-cream, going to the cinema, networking
way too much, talking into the night.....

Things I don't like so much:

Unfairness, people with no ambition, people that talk but never do,
talking about politics, short sightedness, most Clint Eastwood films,
most sports; especially football, anything that tastes of aniseed, men
that buy red roses, Valentine's Day, censorship, being put in a box
(metaphorically), trance, rave and hip hop type music, pastel colours,
pessimism, judging a book by it's cover, being told I look like Kate
Bush, and way way more things that will take me too long to type out.

Luckily I like more things than I dislike

She's also learning the ins and outs of SEO and taking on some of the
easier tasks relating to this.
